  • The ATF is literally committing slander to people who hold medical cards.
I have the option to get a card in my state but I haven’t due to this issue. I’d rather stay on 500mg ibuprofen and be able to have fun at the range. Miss me with that bullshit!

  • But what if the Federal Government breaks its own Federal Law by allowing illegal aliens who are felons automatically by being here illegally to get Federal Assistance and help as well as being shipped by bus and airplanes all over the Country? What if the corrupt Federal Government tries to usurp and overthrow lawful Republican elections/candidates and then gets caught lying about it? Why do We The People have to follow laws when the Federal Government doesn't follow them?

  • Unbelievable! I'm surprised more people haven't become mobile and done something to protest or get this federal law changed. This is how they will get enough people separated from their guns to facilitate tyranny on the citizenry. I suggest that this is the most important issue threatening he second amendment today. It's already been proven, beyond any reasonable doubt, that this plant has medicinal uses (hell, they use heroin in hospitals in England & other countries so there's that too) so there should be no reason that a movement to, at minimum, have the DEA reschedule marijuana, couldn't be effective.

I see no path for using "schedule I" as justification to alter the laws supporting the second amendment anyway but us constitutional purists never get anywhere with those arguments. That being said, we should still be able to protect the rights of those who choose to use pot through the DEA rescheduling it. I don't see how anyone could come up with a reasonable argument against rescheduling it with the current public state of awareness concerning this plant.

  • This whole narrative is total bullshit! First, a "letter" from the A.T.F. has no force of Law outside the 10 square miles of the "Corporation of the United States, L.L.C." in Washington D.C.
Second, to imply that an F.F.L. dealer has the authority to determine "probable cause" is outrageously ludicrous.
Third, IN FACT, neither the federal government, NOR the Justice Department, NOR the supreme Court has the delegated power to alter, regulate, or restrict ANY Right of the States or the People IN ANY WAY.
Narratives like this one are the very reason this country is in the dismal shape it's in. You run to the totally corrupt judicial system to GIVE YOU PERMISSION to exercise your God-given, inherent Rights. You beg on bended knee at the feet of tyrants. Next, you'll be crawling, wimpering like toddlers to be "granted" a scrap of liberty. You people sicken me with your ignorance and cowardice.

  • When I was younger I smoked a lot of weed. It then turned into other things. It is a gateway drug from personal experience. I am sick of people saying weed is no big deal. For a select few it may bot be bit for a lot of people it makes you lazy and worthless. I haven't touched any drug for over 16 years and I can say for sure that guns and drugs or alcohol do not mix well. If that's your thing, partake all you want but don't whine about not being able to buy guns.

  • Either you are in a hurry and that made your approach to this cavalier, or because you are stupidly cavalier and unaware of the seriousness of this issue, you failed to offer a full and round discussion of this, and indeed avoided entirely a decent wrap up!
PS. You are not funny in the least!

  • All I can say is did you send your dealer a Christmas card ? And stay away from medical marijuana, Just don't get tagged on your State ID, Somebody will sell you a gun and somebody will sell you some weed ! What the Fed's don't know want hurt them !!!

  • Think about this, there are some police officers with medical marijuana cards. Do they have to give up their guns too?

  • The false narrative and promotional marketing of marijuana "legalization" is just another way of clandestine firearm prohibition on unwilling and uneducated owners or potential owners of firearms. Why do you think they call it dope.

  • I want marijuana to be ligel everywhere I like weed because not everybody can buy a firearm especially with some mental disabilities

  • I like guns for protection, hunting, plinking, and just plain old fun shooting at cans. I also like Jack Daniels whiskey. I do not ever mix the two. I would hope others who use mind altering substances would follow that simple rule. If I get arrested for being under the influence of booze and carrying a weapon I would expect some bad things to happen. If you get arrested under the influence of a mind altering substance I would approve of bad things happening to you. I believe existing laws cover both these types of incidents. Bloomberg is a left wing boob trying to teach everyone how to wipe their backside.

  • Good video and all but that is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. We've gotta ban those criminal minded potheads or they may kill us all. SAID NO HUMAN EVER

  • Look what the gov did during prohibition. Made booze illegal for the commoners bur the heads of State and higher ups could still get good whiskey. Just read the story about Hiram Walker. He went to Canada and set up his distilleries there and shipped his booze back to New York and Chicago. But the law hammered the moonshiners. Same deal goes today. Big pharma means big money in the coffers of law enforcement. Big pharma doesn’t want marijuana and guns to mix. It’s their way of gun control, keeping weed illegal and keeping a thumbs down on the populace’s shoulder.

  • Tell me why a Utah city cop let me go with pot and a weapon on me while only paying a ticket, is it because what your saying is wrong, yeah there is an order sent from Obama still in effect that yes, would stop firearms dealers from selling to pot user, but NOT stopping us from owning. I lived in a rec state during the time of the ticket. Get ya facts straight

  • I'm not understand the intent or context of this 4473. IIRC, Federal Age of Consent is 18, but some States permit pedophilia in the Federal viewpoint.
Why is there no 4473 equivalent questionnaire for protecting minors from a pedophile with a gun according to federal law?
Also, I don't understand how the BATFE has jurisdiction to do the DEA's job.
If Cannabis were regulated like Alcohol or Tobacco then that is a different thing. But it's not. The DEA doesn't go around inspecting Busch or Sam Adams.

  • The short version: The 9th Circuit ignored the 2nd Amendment's and thereby the Constitution's preemption of laws passed by Congress as the 9th Circuit always does and unless the Supreme Court gets off their lazy rears the status quo will stand.

  • yeah you can have both just remember save up a lawyer fund or just check the I don't smoke box on that one paper thing to buy those things quid pro quo. all things become a technicality if you have the money madness and sheer sense of freedom.

  • Yes, you can smoke weed and own guns… No, you cant posess firearms and weed at the same time outside of your own property. Both are federally regulated and youre a moron if you have a quarter in your pocket and a firearm in your posession. Wtf?

  • You can get drunk off your ass and fuck around with firearms, but don't you dare take a puff of that joint and touch a guy.

  • So a person can own guns and have a six pack in the fridge but not a bowl in the bedroom.

  • I don't understand in order to obtain a license you have to have not committed any felonies or any assault charges. However since they approved you, that you've lived your life without assaulting anyone now you're a menace to society if you get a gun because all the sudden you're going to smoke weed and start assaulting people? That's about as good as there's no Medicinal value as we have a US government patent saying cannabis has medicinal value; the only way you can legally put a patent on a plant is to make it illegal?? Revolt people

  • The title of this video should be "Can you smoke weed and BUY guns?" Based on your discussion about the new language on the 4473…specifying it is unlawful to use Marijuana regardless of State laws permitting use…the only thing affected is BUYING a gun from an FFL. Owning guns you legally purchased prior to becoming a REGULAR user of Marijuana isn't outlawed. If a person already owns legally purchased guns, and smokes weed, there isn't jack shit that law enforcement can do about it.

  • Guns aren't even the weapons you should be afraid of. Technology has a lot more death to offer in the way of toxins and lasers and hacking. Guns are the last thing an intelligent person should be afraid of. I would also rather be shot dead than stabbed to death or poisoned or crushed by a car etc…
